Our compensation strategy is built to be flexible and we empower you to select your basis points based on what works best for you and your market.

On average, retail LOs make just above 100 bps (national average). Princeton LOs have the ability to pick what is best for them - anywhere from 50 bps - 200+ bps.

Entrepreneurial Profit Sharing Model

(Individual and Branch)

For LOs and Branches who prefer to manage their own expenses, our Profit-Sharing model might be the best compensation option.

 

How does it work? For each loan you will receive a discretionary 100 bps or more in commission. If you do a significant amount of loans - and are good at managing expenses - you receive the leftover portion as a bonus. Potentially, you could earn 50-100% more in income selling the same rate and producing the same amount of volume. 

 

Ideally, we expect LOs to close at least $2M per month on a consistent basis (or $24M over the preceding 12 months) for our expense-based model to be the best option for them.
