After a successful 13-year career as a Real Estate Agent, Beth Ann Curtis has made the switch to become a Mortgage Loan Originator and has joined the Chattanooga, TN, branch of Princeton Mortgage.

After taking a break from her career to raise a family, Beth was focused on getting back into the Real Estate industry, where she spent 13 years building a successful career. However, after meeting with Princeton Mortgage Chattanooga Branch Manager Jeff Armstrong, she decided to shift gears and join the mortgage lending side of the industry. Still, Ms. Curtis thinks that her time as an agent is going to be a huge benefit to her referral partners and clients:
"My experience with real estate makes me a unique fit for this new career as I have first-hand experience with the difficulties, needs, and challenges of the Realtor and home buyer." Says Curtis. "I am also very extroverted, so I hope to use these two skills to build strong, lasting relationships with Realtors and individual borrowers for years to come."
Outside of the mortgage world, Beth has been married for nearly 19 years and is a mother to two young teens. Beth is a lover of all water-based recreation and can be found taking rides on her boat whenever she gets the chance.
